DEVINE HORIZON PVT LTD PROJECT OVER VIEW

 

  • The Devine Horizon Pvt Ltd has been incorporated on 02.06.2024 to carry out the PURI Sea Beach Holiday Home Project with the primary objective of running and maintaining the proposed Holiday home with benefits like lodging, boarding, dining and other ancillary amenities like Banquet Hall, Gym, Swimming Pool, Lawn, Yoga Room, Kids play Room etc.
  • It is proposed to have the project in the vicinity of Puri Sea Beach as far as walkable distance possible to give ample opportunities to the visitors to enjoy the their vacation time..

Facilities to Members:

 

  • 15 days stay FREE in a financial Year Booking as per availability.

  • Dividend will be payout annually to all members  after deduction of AMC, salary, rent to share holder and other expenses of company.

  • Receive Rent for 15 days or days not availed by members in a financial year after deduction of AMC & other charges. Rent will be disbursed annually subject to booking of the room against 15 days or day not availed & profitability of company.

  • AMC per year shall be kept Minimum and shall be within affordable limits.

  • Receives appreciated value of invested amount at the time of selling in Devine Horizon community with minimum holding period of three years which shall be counted from the date of commencement of business.(Anticipated commencement of business shall be later part of 2027)

  • A digital platform (website/app) preferably shall be offered to check availability and book details. Details of booking procedure shall be intimated later on.

  • During festivals maximum 2 days can be availed from 15 days quota. Room charges will applicable after 2 days.

  • An agreement will be signed between M/s Devine Horizon Pvt Ltd & It’s Members after receipt of full payment.

  • Shares will be allotted to share holder after completion of project.

  • Terms & conditions will be valid for 2 years from completion of project, it will be reviewed in annual general meeting later on.
